Hi Challenger Park Townhome Residents,
On August 19th, we have scheduled milling and re-paving scheduled for the South two parking lots.
Access in and out of the South side of the parking lot and South side garages will not be available on August 19th. Residents who live on the South side of the complex will need to park their vehicles at South East Christian Church’s parking lot or the North side of the Challenger Park complex on August 18th.
Residents who live on the North side of the complex won’t have interruption to traffic patterns on August 18th aside from construction traffic.
Notices will be posted and final traffic plans will be shared on August 10th after final review from the asphalt vendor.

North parking lots are scheduled to be replaced Spring/Summer 22′.
