The Board
We are 5 elected members of our 160 unit community that chose to serve on the board and protect the value, financials, and stability of Challenger Park Townhomes. This website is solely maintained by the board in order to provide the homeowners transparency within the community, and pertinent updates.
Accord Property Management
Challenger Park Townhomes are managed by Accord Property Management. They were hired on December 2015, and work closely with the board in making important decisions.
