This is a reminder that our Challenger Park HOA board meeting is scheduled for July 18th, 2023 6:00 PM. This meeting will be held virtually through Zoom.

The Board of Directors will be discussing normal community/association business. We will also be discussing the Special Assessment for the roofs but this is not the meeting where we will be voting for the roofs. The Special Meeting of Members to vote on the Special Assessment for roofs will be on July 27, 2023 at South East Christian Church.

Hello Challenger Park Residents,

We will have additional maintenance for our asphalt scheduled on 8/2 and 8/3.

On 8/2 there will be some minor patching of asphalt occurring on the main drive. Traffic flow will not have a major impact.

On 8/3 there is scheduled to be seal coating of the asphalt on the main drive and Southern parking lots. Work is scheduled to begin at 7 a.m. Between 7 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. the West side of the main drive and the Southwest quad traffic will be closed. 12:00 p.m. – 6 p.m. the East side of the main drive and the South East parking lot will be closed for the evening. Weather permitting, the work seal coating work should be completed in one day.

Residents of the Southern quads are requested to park along Wintergreen or at South East Christian Church the night of 8/2 to avoid any delays accessing their vehicles.

Hello Challenger Park Residents,

The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that we will begin resurfacing the parking lots in the Northern quads beginning on June 20th. Parking lot access to the Northwest and Northeast quads will be limited on 6/20 & 6/21 during the day. There will be no traffic allowed to the Northern Parking lots 6/22-6/23 during paving, to avoid any issues with vehicle access, we are asking residents of the Northern quads to park either along Wintergreen or in the Southeast Christian Church parking lot between 6/20-6/23. Southeast Christian Church approved our residents to use their parking lot on weekdays only while we are doing construction. Below are the estimated dates for the asphalt resurfacing activities. Weather could delay expected construction activities.

June 20th: milling starting at 8 am East side first, then West side parking lot will be open to drive on in the evening after 6pm

June 21st: patching starting on the East side then moving to the West side. Parking lot will be open in the evening after 7pm

June 22nd: paving East side starting at 8am no traffic until next day

June 23rd: paving West side starting at 8am no traffic until next day
