Hi Challenger Park Townhome Residents,

This is a reminder that our Challenger Park HOA annual board meeting is scheduled for November 16th, 2021 06:00 PM. This meeting will be held at South East Christian Church.

The annual meeting will include voting for a board member position, the 22′ budget, 22′ dues increase and other relevant topics our community faces.

The Board encourages all homeowners to attend the annual meeting as a quorum of home owners or paper proxy votes or Docusign electronic proxy votes must be sent in to complete voting for a new board member and the 22′ budget. If a quorum isn’t met at the Nov 16th meeting, a second annual meeting will be scheduled.

The Challenger Park governing documents allow for an annual garage sale. 

The annual garage sale is scheduled on National Garage Sale Day, August 14th 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The Board of Directors requests that garage sale displays be set up in front of the owner’s garages, rather than in the open space (to minimize damage to the grass).

There will not be any towing enforcement scheduled on Saturday to accommodate for garage sale activity in the parking lots.

The HOA will be providing a ‘roll away’ dumpster for residents to dispose of unwanted larger items that don’t fit in the regular trash bins. The roll away dumpster will be located toward the South side of the community on the main drive.
