Hi Challenger Park Residents,

The Board is planning on replacing the parking lots soon! Two of the parking lots will be repaved in Spring/Summer 2021 and the current plan is to repave the other two parking lots in 2022.

More communication to follow with exact dates and instructions on where to park when construction is occurring.

Beginning Monday afternoon on 1/11/2021, we will begin the permanent electrical repair to wire a new electrical line to the South East garage units. This repair will require trenching the parking lot, rewiring and repaving a portion of the parking lot. Trenching the parking lot will begin on Monday afternoon 1/11, electrical rewiring will begin on Tuesday 1/12 and asphalt paving afterwards. A portion of the parking lot will be blocked off and closed to traffic during the repair. The repair will take a few days to complete as we are working with multiple vendors to complete each step of the project.

Electricity will be out intermittently as the rewiring is being worked on Tuesday. South East quad residents, please park your car in the parking lot on Monday night and Tuesday evening in order to avoid any issues accessing your garage. The towing company will not be monitoring the parking lot during the repair to accommodate parking needs.
