Our Annual HOA board meeting is tomorrow — Tuesday, November 17th, 6:30 pm. Due to COVID, this meeting will be held virtually through Zoom. This meeting is optional for homeowners but it is a good place to get informed on what’s going on in the community.

Due to wet conditions on the road this morning, the seal coating of the asphalt on our main roadway has been postponed to Thursday May 28th and June 2nd.
The main roadway of our community may be blocked during certain times of the process. Please mark your calendar and park your car accordingly. Overnight public parking can be found on Wintergreen Parkway for those that need to avoid potential blockages.
